Phoebe, Acolyte of The Order of the Deep, is a young woman of quiet devotion. With a kind heart, she fulfills her duties with unwavering diligence. Her prayers, like the light she carries, offer comfort and peace to all.

 

Character Strength and Orientation

• Phoebe is a Spectro Elemental Resonator, using Rectifier attacks and functioning as both Main DPS and Sub DPS.
• She is part of the Spectro Frazzle Team, currently limited to Spectro Rover, which restricts her potential.
• The future release of a Spectro Frazzle Main DPS will greatly enhance Phoebe's effectiveness.
• Currently, her strength is limited, performing only at a standard five-star Main DPS level.
• Sub-DPS gameplay is not recommended due to current team constraints.
• Phoebe excels against single-target bosses but struggles against multiple waves of enemies.
• Her rotation follows a 25-second cycle, differing from traditional 20-second Sub DPS rotations.

 

Convene Mechanism

For New Players:

• Phoebe can be paired with Spectro Rover to form a Tower of Adversity team.
• However, her intensity is low, making her only suitable for players lacking a Main DPS.

For Long-Term Players:

• If investing in a future Spectro Frazzle Team, Phoebe is worth convening.
• To maximize her potential, at least 0 Resonance Chain + 1 Exclusive Weapon is required.
• If already possessing 0 Resonance Chain + 1 Exclusive Weapon Jinsi, Phoebe can be skipped, as Jinsi is a longer-term Spectro Main DPS option.

 

Character Evaluation

Core Mechanism

• Phoebe possesses a Dual Form, switching between:
• Absolution (Main DPS)
• Confession (Sub DPS)
• She can summon a Ring of Mirrors that applies a 2-second stagnation effect and deals with Spectro DMG.
• When outside the Ring, attacking or countering refracts Holy Light, dealing Spectro DMG and pulling enemies to the center.
• When inside the Ring, her Basic Attack changes to Chamuel's Star, performing three consecutive attacks.

 

Unique Energy Bars:

• "Prayer": Gains 5 points per second, up to 120 points.
• "Divine Voice": Max 60 points, replenished upon form change.

 

Spectro Frazzle Effect

• Applies Spectro Damage Over Time (DoT).
• Activated upon entering either Main DPS or Sub DPS mode.

 

Skill Interactions

• "Prayer" Full →Hold Basic Attack → Heavy Attack → Apply Spectro Frazzle → Enter Absolution (Main DPS) mode.
• Hold Resonance Skill → Cast Resonance Skill: Utter Confession → Apply Spectro Frazzle → Enter Confession (Sub DPS) mode.
• Absolution & Confession cannot coexist.
• Divine Voice depletion prevents using specific abilities.
• Resonance Liberation: Deals AoE damage, with effects scaling based on the current form.
